Prayer is powerful. When we pray, things will happen and things will be different. God will answer prayer. So when you feel oppressed or attacked by the Enemy, pray and ask God to deliver you in Jesus' name. Praise the Lord and quote Scriptures! The Devil can't stand the Word, nor the Name of Jesus.--He turns tail and runs! Remember, Jonah got out of the belly of the whale when he praised the Lord and exclaimed, "Salvation is of the Lord!" (Jonah 2:9)
If you keep your mind stayed on the Lord, you'll have perfect peace. (Isa.26:3) You don't have to worry about the Devil or his power or anything else. You can always call on the Lord and through Him have power over everything!
"Be not afraid, for I am thy God!--I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness! Therefore, give no place to the Devil! For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind! In nothing be terrified by your adversary, the Devil!--Thanks be unto God Who giveth us the victory!" (Isaiah 41:10; Ephesians 4:27; 2Timothy 1:7; Philippians 1:28; 1Corinthians 15:57)
